We present you Solicum Rive di Soligo Extra Brut: the new sparkling wine created to enhance even more the terroir of our UNESCO heritage hills. The grapes come from the steep vineyards where the harvest is exclusively manual: the Rive di Soligo. With only 3g / l of residual sugar it will surprise you with a bouquet of Acacia flowers and white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and peach, with mineral tones. The fresh and elegant taste completes this memorable wine.
