THE TASTE OF PROSECCO WITH LESS ALCOHOL

We present to you our NINE, a PROSECCO DOC with a reduced alcohol content of 9%, which gives the sparkling wine a distinct drinkability while maintaining the aromas of the Glera grape; its residual sugar enhances its typicity, preserving its freshness.

NINE is our response to the changing consumption habits, particularly of Generation Z and Millennials, who are increasingly seeking beverages with lower alcohol content without compromising on taste and quality.

Low Alcohol is understood as a new, completely different product that complements rather than replaces classic wines: some prefer to start a meal with a lighter, less alcoholic aperitif, while others enjoy sipping these bubbles at the end of a meal, paired with desserts or for a final toast.
